We work on the projects we quote. There's no separate sales team, no project manager handing you off to a different supervisor once the contract is signed. You talk to the same builder from the first phone call through to handover.
What we focus on
Quality residential building — new homes, renovations, extensions and carpentry. We work to current NCC, Australian Standards (AS 1684 for timber framing, AS 3740 for wet-area waterproofing, others as relevant to each job), and all NSW Fair Trading requirements.
Where we work
Across the Northern Rivers — Tweed Shire, Byron Shire, Ballina Shire, Lismore City, Richmond Valley, Kyogle and Clarence Valley. Our anchor service areas are Byron Bay, Ballina, Lennox Head, Kingscliff, Tweed Heads, Lismore and Yamba.
How we run a job
Fixed-price contracts wherever the scope allows. Transparent provisional sums for genuine unknowns (older homes can have surprises behind walls). Weekly progress updates. Statutory home-warranty cover applies to residential work over the regulated threshold, and we follow it.
