How we work
We work on fixed-price contracts wherever the scope allows, with itemised pricing so you can see what each part of the build costs. Statutory home-warranty cover applies to residential work over the regulated threshold, and we comply with all NSW Fair Trading requirements for licensed building work. We don't run a sales team — when you call, you talk to the builder.
