How a custom build runs
Design phase (with your architect or ours), engineering and energy compliance (BASIX), building approval (CDC where eligible, DA otherwise), demolition or site prep if applicable, slab or pier-and-beam, framing, lockup, fit-off, landscape-ready handover. Each stage has a progress payment defined in the contract.
