Project Management for Residential Builds

When a build or major renovation has a lot of moving parts, the work that actually decides whether it finishes on time, on budget and on quality is the project management — sequencing trades, ordering long-lead items, running the certifier and engineer, and chasing the council. Riversedge Building Group runs this end-to-end on every job we build.

On most of our projects, project management is included in the build contract — you don't pay a separate fee. If you have your own design team or are coordinating multiple builders and want only the project management service, that's available too, billed transparently.

What project management covers

Building approval coordination (CDC or DA), engineer and certifier liaison, trade booking and sequencing, material ordering with lead-time tracking, weekly progress reporting, defect inspections, statutory inspections (e.g. footing, slab, frame, wet-area), and the practical-completion / handover process.
